Locksmith Melbourne — Home, Business, Vehicle

Locked out?
We’re on our way.

24/7 mobile locksmith across Melbourne — homes, business premises and cars. We reach most of Melbourne in 15–25 minutes.

  • Public liability insured
  • 24/7, including public holidays
  • 15–25 minutes typical response
  • 1 year workmanship warranty*
  • Home, business and vehicle

*What the warranty covers depends on the job and on the parts — your locksmith tells you what applies to yours before starting. It sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which no warranty can exclude.

Home security

More than a locksmith. Your home security partner.

Most homes have one strong door and several weak points. We look at the whole picture and tell you honestly what’s worth doing first.

Secure my home
  • Front door

The entry that matters most — deadlocks, strike plates and a lock that actually resists force.

  • Back door

Usually the quietest way in, and usually the weakest. Worth as much attention as the front.

  • Windows

Window locks are inexpensive and close off the openings most people forget about.

  • Garage

An internal garage door is a door into your house. It deserves a proper lock.

  • Side gate

A locked gate keeps your yard, tools and rear windows out of easy reach.

  • Smart locks

Keyless entry for the household, fitted so it seats correctly and still works when the battery dies.

FAQ

Questions we get asked a lot

I’m locked out right now — what’s the fastest thing to do?

Call. A phone call is faster than any form, and the person answering can start arranging someone while you talk. If you would rather not speak to anyone, check a price online and pick the earliest time offered — the booking goes to your locksmith the moment you confirm it.

How long will you be?

You are given a time window before you book, not after — and it comes from the real diary, so it accounts for the jobs already on it. Nobody here will tell you "twenty minutes" to get you off the phone. If the window we can offer does not work for you, say so and we will tell you honestly what else is possible.

Will I know the price before you start?

Yes, and it is the same price whether you book online, over the phone or through the assistant — they all read one price list. If something outside that scope turns up once your locksmith is there, they will explain it and get your agreement before doing it. Work you did not agree to is not work you get charged for.

Is there a call-out fee on top?

The figure you are shown before booking is the price for the job, not a starting point with extras added afterwards. If a call-out or after-hours amount applies to your job, it is already inside that number and the conditions that produced it are shown with it.

Do you cover my suburb?

Enter your suburb when you check a price and the site answers immediately — including telling you plainly if you are outside the area, rather than taking a booking it cannot serve. We cover much of metropolitan Melbourne.

Do I have to prove the property or car is mine?

Yes, every time, with photo ID and something connecting you to the address or the vehicle — a licence, a rates notice, a lease, a rego paper. It is not negotiable and there is no version of this job where we skip it. It is the same rule that stops somebody else asking us to open your door.
